New And Noteworthy
The Connector for Acoustic Connect supports the following:
- Authentication: To use the Connect API, generate an API key within Connect. This key authenticates your connection to the GraphQL endpoint.
- Audience API: The audience dataset forms the core of each Connect subscription. Fields (contact attributes) define your audience structure.
- Create and update your audience definition, which encompasses all contacts associated with a single brand in Acoustic Connect. This definition includes the contactKey, addressable fields for sending marketing messages, and up to 2000 brand-defined custom attributes.
- Contacts API (with Consent): Identify, create, update, and delete contacts within an audience using unique IDs (contactKey) or addressable attributes (email addresses or phone numbers).
- Consent Management (by Group): Manage consent preferences for various groups, such as Newsletter, Promotions, Information, and custom categories.
- Consent Management (by Channel): Control consent settings specific to communication channels, including Email and SMS.
- Consent (CRUD): Perform Create, Update, and Delete operations for consent records.
- Supports both source and target operations in Integration Services.
- Available for both On-Premises and Cloud Agents.
