Support for Single Sign-On and API Token Management
TIBCO Scribe® Online supports Single Sign-On from TIBCO Accounts and API Token Management.
Addition of Read Only User
TIBCO Scribe® Online supports Read Only User. The Read Only User can view all tabs, connectors, agents, solutions, and execution history within an organization to which that are granted access. They can search for connectors and view connector details but cannot install, uninstall, or modify any connectors. They can also request and download agent logs and export maps.
Changes in Functionality

On the Security screen, you can define the data storage configuration for failed records for cloud services and on-premises agents.

On the Agents screen, Cloud Services no longer display a Last Startup or Last Shutdown date. On-premises agents continue to show Last Startup and Last Shutdown dates.

New users added to an organization have notifications turned off by default. Users can opt in to receive notifications by editing their preferences under the Account menu in the Notifications section.
Closed Issues

Users are unable to delete child organizations. This is due to changes in TIBCO Scribe® Online version 2.12.0 that removed the ability to delete cloud agents. The presence of the metadata agent prevents deleting the child organization. (Case # 02294824)

"The application has encountered an unknown error" appears when inviting users.

"Please enter a different user name" appears when creating an account in Scribe Online.

Transition from Cloud Agents to Cloud Services
TIBCO Scribe® Online is moving away from using Cloud Agents to the more dynamic Cloud Services. In the user interface and documentation, "Cloud Agent" is now replaced with "Cloud Service".
