Overview

TIBCO Scribe® Insight adapters allow the Workbench and services to interface with other applications. The TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter for Dynamics 365 and CRM is a component that works with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 API to expose its objects and properties in Dynamics 365.

The Adapter for Dynamics 365 and CRM contains both an Adapter and a Publisher.

Adapter

Encapsulates the features and functions of the API for Dynamics 365 so that they can be accessed using the TIBCO Scribe® Insight point-and-click interface. Each adapter object available in TIBCO Scribe® Insight corresponds to one of the objects in the Dynamics 365 API.

Using TIBCO Scribe® Insight, you can insert, update, upsert, delete, and seek data from the objects. In addition, some of the other methods of the objects in the Dynamics 365 API are exposed in the TIBCOAdapter for Dynamics 365 and CRM.

Publisher

A .NET component for publishing new and changed data from Dynamics 365 to the TIBCO Scribe® Insight message queue.
