Testing The Plug-In Publisher

Before continuing, test the plug-in publisher to verify that a message can get from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 server into the ScribeIn message queue on the TIBCO Scribe® Insight server.

To Test The Plug-In Publisher

1. If you have not already done so, create a Dynamics 365 plug-in publisher.
2. Configure a publisher entity for the Account object and select the Insert event.
3. Enter the Message Label "AccountFromCRM".
4. Activate and save the publisher.
5. In Dynamics 365, create and save a test account.
6. From the Console, use the queue browser to verify that you can see the test message in the ScribeIn message queue:
   • If you have no active queue integration processes, the message goes to the ScribeIn queue.
   • If you have at least one active queue integration process, and none that have a matching message label for your test message, the message goes to the ScribeDeadMessage queue.
