Most Scribe adapters count the number of users in your application as a way of licensing the adapter. The adapters are set to allow the maximum number of users permitted by your license. If more users need to use the adapter than are allowed by your license, you will need to purchase additional connections or upgrade your Scribe Insight license. The query counts the number of users who are not in any the following categories, leaving the enabled, type='T' users:
