Define the Email Bridge

The first step in defining an Email Bridge is to name the Bridge:

In the Console, expand Integration Processes, and click Publishers and Bridges. The Publishers & Bridges window appears.
Click Add. The Step 1 — Publisher/Bridge Type window appears.
From the drop-down list, select Email Bridge.
In Name, enter a meaningful name for this Email Bridge.
- The Creator value defaults to the user you are logged in as. This value can be changed when you modify an existing Email Bridge.
- The Server value defaults to the machine on which the Scribe services are running and cannot be changed.
If you want to document the purpose of this Email Bridge, enter in Comments any identifying information about the Bridge.
Proceed to Step 4 - Publisher/Bridge Properties.
