DTS Connection Settings Tab

The DTS Connection Settings tab in the Connection Settings dialog enables you to modify attributes of the connection, including scripts to run before or after the DTS runs, that are saved in the current DTS.

Before you specify a script, TIBCO recommends using a standard database query utility to write, test, and debug that script.

You can execute a script against any connection that supports SQL. For example, you can run a script that drops certain indexes before running a job, and then run another script that adds them back when the job is complete. For more information, see Calling A SQL Script.

To open the Connection Manager, in Workbench, click View > Connections.
