Adjust Integration Process Retry Count

When an Integration Process (IP) attempts to process a message, but cannot complete that processing, that IP sends that message to the SCRIBERETRY queue. If the message is processed by either the DEFAULT or a user-defined message processor group, the IP continues attempting to process the message, until the defined number of retries is attempted. If the message still cannot be processed, the message is failed and processed as defined by your IP.

Note:  

The retry count only applies to the DEFAULT and user-defined message processor groups. The SERIAL message processor group does not use the retry count.

The number of retry attempts is initially defined as 120 in the Scribe Internal Database, and you can modify this setting, as required by your application. How you modify this setting differs, based on the type of IP you have defined:
