Summary: If you configure the Additional Parameters field on the Connection dialog with “include custom fields = true” the metadata does not load and an error similar to the following is generated: (Case # 01856674)
“Executed column schema query: [Issues], Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
2020-04-01T17:40:23.997-04:00 0 [Connection: 7] Query Failed: [SELECT * FROM sys_tablecolumns]. Error: Index was outside the bounds of the array."
Workaround: Contact Support for Hotfix SCJIRAC-1.
