Stopping A Solution

When you stop a Replication Solution, TIBCO Scribe® Online does the following:

Note: If a Map in the Solution contains a Wait block, the Solution does not stop until the wait time configured in the Block has elapsed and all operation blocks have completed for the record being processed.

Note: Applies only to scheduled Integration Solutions or Replication Solutions.

  1. Select Solutions from the menu bar to display the Solutions page.
  2. Select the Solution you want to stop.
  3. From the Gear menu select Stop. TIBCO Scribe® Online sends an email confirming that the Solution was stopped.

Note: The Stop button is only available for Solutions that are running.

Depending on the size of the current entity, the Solution may not stop immediately.

The next time the Solution runs, it restarts the entire service.

Solution Edit Page

If you have a Solution open and you use the Run button to execute that Solution, the Run button changes to a Stop button. You can use the Stop button to stop the Solution you just launched. TIBCO Scribe® Online sends an email confirming that the Solution was stopped.
