Requirements

The TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM requirements include:

TIBCO Scribe® Insight Version 7.9.4 or higher.
Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM Hotfix 14. See TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM Hotfix 14 for more information.
Supported Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM versions:
- Dynamics CRM 2011
- Dynamics CRM 2013
- Dynamics CRM 2015
- Dynamics CRM 2016
- Dynamics CRM Online
- Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Dynamics 365 for Field Services
- Dynamics 365 for Project Services
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Services
- Dynamics 365 Server
Note: You can continue to connect to Dynamics CRM versions 3.0 and 4.x, however, those versions are not supported by TIBCO.
An Online, On-Premise, or Internet Facing Deployment (IFD) Dynamics 365 account.
A licensed Dynamics 365 user with administrator privileges.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 Full.
Windows Identity Foundation (WIF).
