Implementing The Adapter

Implement the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM by installing and testing the adapter component. If you have not used the adapter before, TIBCO recommends reading the Getting Acquainted section.

Run the TIBCO Scribe® Insight installer to add or remove Adapters.

TIBCO strongly recommends reviewing the Release Notes for this adapter. See the Release Notes page.

To Implement The Adapter for Dynamics 365 and CRM

1. Install the adapter
2. Connect the adapter
3. Test the adapter installation
4. Set up Dynamics 365 as either:
   • Source

     or

   • Target
5. Review the sample DTS files for ideas and suggestions on how to create your own DTS files and begin building your DTS files.
