Testing The Adapter Installation

After installing the Adapter for Dynamics 365 and CRM, test the adapter to verify it is working.

To Test The Adapter Installation

1. Open the Workbench.
2. Create a connection to the adapter.
3. Click Target > Configure Steps. The Configure Steps dialog box appears.
4. Click the Data Objects tab.
5. Select the connection for the Adapter for Dynamics 365 and CRM.
6. Verify that you can browse adapter objects and fields in the Configure Steps window.
