Using a Web Service as a target

Once you have selected your Web Service connection for use as a target, you can associate its Web methods with Execute steps in target configuration. All of the parameters of the Web methods display as fields that you can use in the mapping window of the Scribe Workbench:

• IN and IN/OUT parameters can be used as data links
• OUT and IN/OUT parameters and Return values can be used as target variables, whose values can then be used in subsequent target steps
