Data Formulas Tab Popup Menu

Command Icon Definition
Sort   Sort various lists by the column headings in each list. You can also sort columns by double-clicking on the column heading.
Add Data Link   Link fields in the source and target data objects. An unlinked target field must be highlighted for this command to be active.
Add Lookup Link   Create a Lookup Link between the currently highlighted Source and Target fields.
Auto Link Automatically link matching source and target fields.
Accept Auto Link   Accept the selected automatically created link.
Accept All Auto Links   Accept all automatically created links.
Copy Data Link   Copy the highlighted data links from the current step to a different step.
Copy Lookup Link   Copy the highlighted lookup links from the current step to a different step.
Remove Data Link   Remove a link. The linked target field must be highlighted for this command to be active.
Remove Lookup Link   Remove the Lookup Link currently applied to the highlighted Source and Target fields.
Remove [data object] Links   Remove all links from the displayed target data object. The command uses the name of the data object, such as Remove Contacts Links, where Contacts is the name of the target data object.
Remove All Links   Remove all links from all target data objects when multiple target data objects are used in a DTS file.
Edit Data Formula   Edit the formula applied to the target data object field.
Edit Data Comment   Add or edit descriptive text about the data link.
Edit Lookup Criteria   Edit lookup criteria for the highlighted Lookup Link fields.
Edit Lookup Comment   Add or edit descriptive text about the lookup link.
Cross Reference Keys Enable key sharing between two tables or other data objects.
