The Lookup Criteria tab at the bottom of the main window lists all of the Lookup links defined for the current DTS file. New Lookup Links default to exact-match links when they are created, such as "where company_id = comp_id".
The content displayed by the tab depends on the filter setting, as configured by the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the target pane.
