The information displayed in the Failed Connection Info area includes the login parameters stored in the original DTS file.
Note: The original data source name is also indicated and, if present on your system, is highlighted in the Data Sources tree control. If it is not present, see the Note below.
Your new login parameters are saved in the DTS file the next time you save the spec.
Note: You
may receive additional Database Error messages because of data source
name conflicts between the original DTS file and your system configuration.
When you modify and save a DTS file that was last saved with TIBCO Scribe® Insight version 7.6.2 or earlier, you are prompted to save the file in XML format. If you click
No, your changes are not saved.
Repeat the troubleshooting process as needed, until all the causes of connection failures are resolved.
