Added support for the following entities:
- FatalError - supports custom error messages that include dynamic values from the Map when a Fatal Error is generated. The error message is included in the Execution History Error Details.
- RowError - supports custom error messages that include dynamic values from the Map when a RowError is generated. The error message is included in the Execution History Error Details when Error Handling is enabled on the Block Properties Error Handling tab.
