Resetting A Locked User Account

The Account Lockout feature protects TIBCO Scribe® Online user accounts against hackers who attempt to break in by repeatedly trying to guess a user's password.

The system enforced security policy disables a user account after five incorrect password attempts. TIBCO Scribe® Online does not allow that user to log into TIBCO Scribe® Online, even with the correct password for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the account is enabled and the user can attempt to log in again. If you are still unsuccessful, contact TIBCO Support.
