Resetting A Lost Password

Note: This option is available only when using Scribe as a stand-alone product, not when using TIBCO Scribe® Online as part of TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration. See TIBCO Scribe® Online And TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration for more information.

If you forget your TIBCO Scribe® Online password, you can change it from the TIBCO Scribe® Online Sign in page.

  1. From the TIBCO Scribe® Online Sign in page, select Forgot your password?
  2. On the Forgot your Password page, enter the email address used to create your TIBCO Scribe® Online account and select Change Password.
  3. TIBCO Scribe® Online sends you an email at that address that walks you through the steps to reset your password.
  4. On the Change Password dialog, enter your new password.

    Note: Make sure you select a strong password.

  5. Accept the Terms of Service by marking that option with a check mark.
  6. Select OK to save your new password.
  7. Remember to use your new password to sign in to TIBCO Scribe® Online.
