Child Organizations Widget

Note: This option is available only when using Scribe as a stand-alone product, not when using TIBCO Scribe® Online as part of TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration. See TIBCO Scribe® Online And TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration for more information.

The Child Organizations Widget on the TIBCO Scribe® Online Dashboard for a Parent Organization displays a list of associated Child Organizations. From the Widget you can add a new Child Organization using the Add button or access an existing Child Organization by selecting it from the list.

The Child Organizations Widget includes the following information.

Field Definition

Columns

Name

Name of the Child Organization. Select the name to Switch to that Organization.

Status

Status of the Organization, including:

Ok — No issues.

Processing — Busy processing Solutions.

Job Disabled —A Solution has been disabled either manually or because the Subscription has expired.

Job Warning — A Solution completed with record errors.

Job Failure —A Solution execution failed with Fatal Errors.

System Issue — Agent heartbeat late.

System Failure — Agent is shutdown.

Street

Street address of the Child Organization.

City

City address of the Child Organization.

State

State address of the Child Organization.

Number

Organization number of the Child Organization.

Button to add a Child Organization.

Gear Menu

Switch to

Open the selected Organization.

Edit

Edit the selected Organizations name and address information.

Delete

Delete the selected Organization.
