Managing Child Organizations
Note: This option is available only when using Scribe as a stand-alone product, not when using TIBCO Scribe® Online as part of TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration. See TIBCO Scribe® Online And TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration for more information.
An Organization represents the company or other site using TIBCO Scribe® Online. Administrators for a Parent Organization can create and manage Child Organizations, which represent companies who are directly linked to the Parent Organization.
Note: Parent Organizations are available for certain TIBCO Scribe® Online users who are managing TIBCO Scribe® Online IS Organizations for multiple sites. For more information about having access to a Parent Organization, contact your TIBCO Account Manager.

Managing A Child Organization
When you select the name of a Parent Organization from the Organization list in the banner, the Child Organization page displays. From this page, you can:
- Add a Child Organization to this Parent. See Adding A Child Organization.
- Select an existing Child Organization, and then from the Gear
menu:
- Select Edit to make changes to address information for this Organization.
- Select Delete to permanently delete this Organization.
- Select Switch to to open the selected Child Organization. From the Child Organization, you can create Connections, and create and run Solutions. If you are an Administrator you can install or provision Agents and invite other users into your Organization.
- Track the number of records processed for the Child Organization .
Accessing A Child Organization
Note: The Organization drop-down list in the banner displays Child Organizations under their Parent Organization.
- Select the Child Organization from the Organization drop-down in the banner.
- Select a Child Organization from the View All Organizations page.
- Select a Child Organization from the Child Organizations on the Parent Organization's Dashboard.
