Configuring An XML Source Connection

From the Workbench, click Configure Source. The Configure Source dialog box appears.
Select an XML source connection.
Browse to XML Objects in the Data Object tree to select an XML data object and click OK. The Configure Source XML Component dialog box appears.
In this dialog box, the XML Component creates a table definition based on the root node of the source document and creates a field collection that derives from the schema.
Note: SQL Query and Filter options are not supported in the Configure Source XML Component dialog box.

Configuring a source document does not require an XML schema. You can use an XML document to provide the relationships and field names.
