Dashboard
Note: Some Dashboard and menu options are available only when using Scribe. See TIBCO Scribe® Online And TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration for more information.
The Dashboard is the home page displayed when you log into TIBCO Scribe® Online. It can be accessed at any time from the menu at the top of the page.
Note: Menus and Dashboard s vary depending on whether you are in a Parent Organization, a Child Organization, or a single Organization.

Dashboards Based On Organization Type
- Organization — Dashboard for a single Organization
- Parent Organization — Dashboard for a Parent Organization
- Child Organization — Dashboard for a Child Organization

Note: This option is available only when using Scribe as a stand-alone product, not when using TIBCO Scribe® Online as part of TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration. See TIBCO Scribe® Online And TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration for more information.
- Organization Drop-Down — Displays the name of the Organization currently being accessed. Use the drop-down to switch between Organizations. View and access a Parent Organization or Child Organizations associated with a Parent Organization. View all Organizations where you are a member.
Note: Organization names are not unique. If you have more than one Organization with the same name, make sure you are choosing the correct one.
- My Account — Access profile and Notifications settings for your TIBCO Scribe® Online Account.
- Help — Access the TIBCO Scribe® Online help which contains step-by-step instructions, tutorials, and links to podcasts, videos, and blog posts.
Menus
- Dashboard — Returns you to the Dashboard from anywhere in the system.
- Solutions — Displays the Solutions page with a complete list of Solutions for the selected Organization. Solutions are a collection of instructions and Maps used to integrate or migrate data. From the Solutions page you can add, edit, or delete Solutions.
- Execution History — Displays the Execution History page where you can view the results for every execution of specific Solutions for the last 45 days.
- Marketplace — Access the Marketplace to install additional Connectors.
- More — Access any of the following:
- Agents — Displays the Agents page with a list of all On-Premise and Cloud Agents.
- Connections — Displays the Connections page with a list of all Connection configurations. Connection configurations include the login and other parameters needed to connect to any datastore supported by TIBCO Scribe® Online. From the Connections page you can add, edit, or delete Connections.
- Edit Organization — Modify Organization information, such as the address or website.
- Lookup Tables — Displays the Lookup Tables page with a list of all Lookup Tables. Add, modify, or delete Lookup Tables from this page.
- Message Endpoints — Displays the list of Solutions and Event Maps with their associated Endpoint URLs.
- Security — Configure security options for the selected Organization.
- Subscriptions — Displays the TIBCO Scribe® Online Subscriptions and expiration dates of those Subscriptions for the selected Organization.
- User Management — Displays the User Management page with a list of Users for the selected Organization. From the User Management page you can edit User properties, delete users or invite new users to the Organization. This is an Administrator User only option.

- Solutions — Alphabetical list of Solutions for the selected Organization and their current status.
- Agents — List of installed or provisioned Agents and their current status.
- Connections — List of configured Connections and their current status for the selected Organization.
